The unauthorized use or copying of the intangible elements referred to herein for commercial and / or non-commercial purposes is prohibited, under penalty of violation of the rules of copyright and industrial property, provided for in Laws n. 9,610 / 98 and 9,279 / 96.
BO PAPER will be exempt from any liability in case of any damages or losses arising from failures, viruses or intrusions in the database of the holder, except in cases in which they act with intent or fault.
